Since 1993, NNR has served as a resource center for individuals, organizations and public institutions to help improve their performance, accountability, and advocacy skills.  NNR helps organizations with their internal systems and individuals and groups with their leadership skills and performance.

We help:

bulletNonprofit organizations and informal groups create clear direction and quality services to their community.
bulletCommunities and government agencies gather public input.
bulletCommunity residents build their skills, confidence and knowledge to take an active part in community life through The Institute for Neighborhood Leadership (INL).

Types of Services

We customize our services to meet the needs of the organization, community or group.  Fees for our services are based on the nature of what's needed.  Some services through INL are funded through contracts.

Organizational Development Services

To help organizations and groups strengthen their team relationships, clarify their direction and strengthen their performance, we provide structured sessions and informal discussions to address their needs.

bulletCommunity meetings for brainstorming, planning, strategizing, & creating a vision for their future.

Training and Strategy Sessions on topics such as: Board/Staff Relationships & Responsibilities

Technical Support and Coaching on Issues such as: Board Structure & Composition, Program Development and Evaluation.

 

Leadership Development Services

We offer Leadership Support for volunteer & staff groups.  Based on their current strengths and needs we develop sessions to strengthen their skills and knowledge.  These sessions can be informal, one-on-one or combined sessions that address the common needs & interests of several groups.

The Institute for Neighborhood Leadership (INL)

Leadership Training and Technical Assistance Services:  INL helps individuals and groups strengthen their skills, knowledge and confidence to take an active part in community life. Community leaders and their groups help INL to refine the services that best meet their needs.
